This Privacy Policy describes how Airporter XL ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at www.airporterxl.com or our Airporter XL iOS app (together, the "Services") to book airport transportation in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area.

Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account. When you request a ride quote or book a ride, we collect only the information needed to provide the ride:

• Phone number — used to confirm your booking by text message and to contact you about your ride.
• Pickup and drop-off addresses — used to calculate your price and provide the ride.
• Pickup date and time — used to schedule the ride.

We do not collect payment information through the Services. Payment is handled in person or through third-party payment apps at the time of your ride.

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule and provide your ride.
• To send you a booking confirmation and ride-related text messages.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our booking system.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of service providers to operate the Services. They receive only the information needed to perform their function:

• Text messaging provider — delivers booking confirmation text messages to the phone number you provide.
• Mapping and routing provider — provides address suggestions, distance, and route information when you enter pickup and drop-off locations.
• Abuse-prevention service — protects our booking form from automated abuse.
• Analytics service (website only) — collects anonymous usage statistics about visits to our website. The iOS app does not include advertising or cross-app tracking, and does not use identifiers to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Text Messages

By booking a ride, you agree to receive text messages from us about that booking (confirmation, pickup details, and driver communication). We do not send marketing text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Data Retention

Booking details are retained only as long as needed to provide your ride and maintain basic business records, after which they are deleted. Server logs used for security and abuse prevention are kept for a limited time and then discarded.

Security

Booking information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We limit access to booking details to the people who need them to provide your ride.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor such requests regardless of location.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date above.
