Where a whole-van price beats a per-passenger shuttle, and where it does not.
Almost every shuttle running out of the Northwest Valley charges per person. We charge per van. That single difference decides which of us is cheaper, and it decides it entirely on how many people are travelling with you.
Below two passengers they are cheaper. From two up we are — and the gap widens with every extra head. Here is the arithmetic, using their own published numbers.
This is a real quote pulled from Sun City Express's own booking system on 2026-09-10, for a Sky Harbor pickup to Peoria, against our price for the same trip.

Their fare rises $18 for every additional passenger. Ours does not move at all — it is the same van either way. From two passengers up, we are the cheaper trip, and by six the gap is $73.

We mean it. One person on a midday flight is cheaper with a per-passenger operator, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Where the van wins is the second passenger onwards — couples, families, golf foursomes, and anyone who would otherwise be booking two rideshares to fit the luggage.
It also wins at hours a scheduled shuttle may not run. Ours is one price at any hour: 3:15am costs what 2:00pm costs, because there is no time-of-day term in our pricing at all.
$70 for the van, or $2.10 a mile, whichever is greater, rounded up to the nearest $5. Add $10 when we collect you from an airport. One to six passengers, luggage included, same money.
